- 專題講座：一天三個課題，每天僅限選擇一個課題。
There will be three topics offered each day, but participants may choose only one topic per day. - 工作坊：一天有八個工作坊進行，且內容具有延續性。因此，每位參加者僅能從上午與下午的四個課題中，各選擇一個。
There are 8 workshops conducted in a day, and the content is progressive. Therefore, each participant may choose only one workshop from the four available in the morning and one from the four in the afternoon. - 一旦選擇後，參加者不得在未通知主辦單位的情況下自行更換。
Once selected, participants are not allowed to change workshops on their own without notifying the organizer. - 課程將以先到先得為原則進行安排。若所選課程人數已超出教室容量限制，大會有 權調整您的選擇。
Courses will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. If the selected course exceeds the classroom capacity, the organizer reserves the right to reassign your choice.
包括五天四夜的膳食、营服、教学材料等（不含住宿及交通費用）。
Covers 5D4N meal, conference fees, course material etc（does not include transportation and/or accommodation）。

The dormitories have rooms accommodating 4 to 8 people, with shared bathrooms located either inside or outside the rooms. - 小屋分別有3至18人房，屋內共用衛生間。
The cabins/chalet/quarter have rooms accommodating 3 to 18 people, with shared bathrooms inside the cabin. - 兩人房屬於公寓式客房。
The 2-person rooms are apartment-style accommodations.

- Unless course instructor or speaker forbids, photographing or videotaping of conference activities are allowed but only for personal use. Unless permitted in writing, do not publish or broadcast to the public.
- All course material is copyrighted by the course instructor, conference speaker and/or WACCM.
- If there is an overpayment, and if deemed by WACCM to be refundable, refunds will be given in cash form, in person at the conference. Handling fees will apply.
- All care has been taken, but WACCM is not to be held responsible if the conference or the website enrollment/registration fails in any way.
- The maximum liability WACCM has to each attendee is the amount of funds the attended has paid, less any credit card, bank or handling fees.
- Outdoor facilities at the camp, such as the swimming pool and badminton court, are available for use (excluding the barbecue area). Users must comply with the rules and pay attention to personal safety. WACCM is not liable for any loss or accidents caused by personal negligence.
- Pets, food, and beverages (except water) are prohibited inside the event hall.
- Accommodation at the same price is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once confirmed, no changes will be accepted.
- To ensure smooth accommodation arrangements, the organizers reserve the right to adjust room assignments, allocate roommates, and assign rooms of equivalent standard.
- Participants are not permitted to change rooms on their own.
- To prevent unnecessary incidents and ensure participants can conveniently and punctually attend all gatherings, the co-organizers encourage all attendees to stay on-site at the camp.
- Camp accommodation is primarily reserved for registered participants. If attendees bring family members who are not registered participants, the conference cannot guarantee lodging for them.
- Accompanying family members must also provide their personal information.
- An extra bed is allowed in the double room, with the additional bed charged at the same rate as a regular bed.
- The rooms are equipped with body wash and shampoo, but towels and hairdryers are not provided.
