Click on Info to get all details about the conference.
Other than the Info screen, all other screens require you to have a login into our website. Register or Login Here.
Click on Enroll to register. You must do this before making any payment.
When enrolling if you are part of a group booking ensure you tick Yes here. All must enroll even if you are part of a group booking.
Click on Payments to make payments, check payment history and your payment status.
TIP ! If you part of a group booking, only your group representative can make payments but you can still click Payments to view your status.
Before we can accept your payment you must first tell us to reserve your accommodation.
Note ! You must make payment within 24 hours otherwise we cannot hold your accommodation as per what you have chosen.
Also ! If you making a bank-to-bank transfer, please email your transfer confirmation to events@waccm.com as proof of payment.
And more ! If your choice of room is not available, we will tell you after you click the above.
You can check the current availability of rooms by going to the Info page mentioned earlier.
GROUP BOOKINGS - how to enroll, how to pay and rules
- To take advantage of the group discount, you need to gather a group of at least 10 persons.
- But you do not have to wait for a group to be formed. You can enroll and pay for yourself first, before your group is formed. This is to allow you to enroll/pay early to secure the room of your choice. More about this later. Please keep reading.
- Once you have this group, select a group representative.
- The group representative needs to enter all the email addresses of everybody in the group including yours to create a group.

Click GROUP BOOKING
Creating a group is easy ! Just need to give us email addresses of everybody in the group.
Minimum number for a group booking is 10 persons !
But you do not have to wait for the group to be created !!
Go ahead and fill out the enrollment form for yourself.
Make sure to tick Yes to the Group Booking box.
How to Pay for Group Bookings - 2 ways - A or B
A - You pay for yourself.
This method is same as for non-group-booking payment as per described earlier. Here.
B - Your group representative makes the payment on behalf of the group.
Group representative - click Group Payments to make payments, check payment history and payment status for your group.
Because payment can be made by you, or your group representative, or both, please ensure you do not double pay as refunds will incur a handling fee.
RULES - important please read
FOR THOSE WHO ENROLLED AS A GROUP, AND IS FULLY PAID :
On the last date of enrollment/payment (deadline), your group needs to be valid.
A valid group means a group, which includes you, and which has been created with at least 10 members who have all paid either through method A or B, or both.
If your group is not valid, we will send you a email and inform you that your enrollment has been changed to a non-group enrollment.
You will have 7 days to pay the difference. Failing which we reserve the right to refuse you entry to the conference.
So please get your group of at least 10 fully paid members as early as possible ready to avoid problems.
Your accommodation, if requested for, is however unaffected and reserved for you unless informed otherwise.
